Fish curry – Restaurant style

Fish curry – restaurant style | Mangalorean Fish curry | Goan Fish Curry, there are different variations to Fish Curry. This is our favorite delicacy, which we always prepare at home. For Fish Curry longevity, we add Tamarind. This can be replaced by Kokum or Kudampuli which is used in Kerala Fish Curry. All these help in fish curry longevity and brings a good tangy flavor in the Fish Curry. For the spice element of Fish curry, you can add dried red chillies or green chillies or red chilli powder. This is based on your liking and the spice variation you want to bring in to the Fish curry.
